Privacy policy

Faria Digital Lab is a studio for brand, web and systems in South Florida, USA. It is not a registered company yet: the people responsible for this site and for your data are its two founders, Sebastian Perez and Danilo Viuzat. Today this site has no forms. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number on the site.

If you message us on WhatsApp, by email or on Instagram, we receive whatever you choose to send us (for example your name, number and message). We use it only to reply and, if we work together, to provide the service.

Our hosting provider, Google (Firebase App Hosting), logs technical data for each visit, such as the IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

We use a single first-party cookie, “fdl-lang”, to remember the language you chose. It lasts one year.

If you pause the site's motion, we save that preference in your browser (“fdl-motion”). It never leaves your device.

If you accept the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which buttons get used. Google stores cookies (“_ga”) in your browser and receives technical data, such as your shortened IP address. If you don't accept, nothing from Google loads. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie preferences”, in the site footer. We don't use advertising cookies.

The WhatsApp and Instagram buttons take you to those services. Their own privacy policies apply there.

We don't sell or rent your data. We don't share it for advertising.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

Since we don't track visitors from one site to another, your browser's “Do Not Track” signal doesn't change how this site works.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the data we have about you by emailing hello@fariadigitallab.com. We reply within business days.

If we change this policy, we update the date above. We'll announce important changes on the site.
